1. In OE or ST mode, if pin 1 is externally pulled up, a pull-up resistor of 10 k or less is recommended. If pin 1 needs to be kept floating, use the NC option.

Conditions:
1) Oscilloscope bandwidth should be at least 5 times the measurement frequency. Probe ground should be placed close to the test point, and lead length should be as short as possible.
2) Load capacitance includes probe capacitance.
3) A 0.1 F decoupling capacitor should be connected between VCC and GND pins close to the device.
4) Power supply impedance should be as low as possible, and GND lines should be as short as possible.
The reflow soldering curve shown in Figure 5 complies with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020 standard and is applicable to all MSTM products and packages. Detailed information regarding the profile can be found in the standard document. The optimized reflow curve depends on several factors, such as solder paste, board density, and the type of reflow soldering equipment used.
